Next Door

They are trying on each other's brassiere's. Loudly, with much giggling, and exclamations of "BOOBIES!!". Why?

    Do women often try on each others' undergarments?? I just can't imagine males, of any age, doing such a thing - at least, not doing so and long bearing the title "male".

    It has not been the norm in my experience, but i'm not sure if i'm the best representative for the majority, or even average, of the female sex.

    Let me analyze: This is another game of comparison between women, and as with many such games, it makes little sense. In fact, the matter under comparison could be one of many things: whose is more comfortable, whose of better design, size, etc. Now, the first option would be a worthwhile endeavor, but the exclamations accompanying the activity indicate that is NOT the focus. I will go out on a limb and guess that they were pretending to play a game and have wild random fun while really trying to determine the winner in the "better body: boobies" category. If you are unfamiliar with such competitions and categories, bless you, you have escaped a horrible obsession.

    That said, it is not unusual, in my experience, for women to share clothes even down to the undergarment level if needed for a specific occasion. For such a random act, please refer to movie montages where women have fun trying on various ridiculous outfits. Two movies spring to mind immediately.
